If changes of any kind (Design, Content, Coding, etc) are made to the website without our knowledge or if the website and web pages are not functional, I would not be liable for the loss of rankings thereby.

Where client feedback is required, I expects the client to respond within 3 business days, otherwise this will impact on client’s website ranking.


Payment Terms for SEO are 100% advance.


The Key Phrases are finalized and frozen right at the start of the SEO Project. If the client decides to alter or add to the choice of key phrases mid-campaign, a new contract will be signed for the new key phrases.

Exclusions

I will complete the project in time period mentioned for this project but the following conditions may lead to delays/hampering of work:

Lack of inputs from the client.

Any delay in undertaking and executing the responsibility from the client.

Any unforeseen circumstances or natural calamity hampering the work

Any other unforeseen, unpredictable conditions arising thereof.

Force Majeure

I shall not be liable to you for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labour disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, or casualties.


Last but not the least:

The last but nor the least point will be the fact that if within the time period the ranking is not reached then the money will be returned back to the client without any question asked. But even if once the ranking is reached then the money will not be refunded.

If u don’t want the website’s maintenance and are sure that u can maintain the website ranking for your own then the charges will be only . The charges includes the phases from 1 to 5. The time period which should be provided from client must be around 20 days(if website is already submitted to search engines) and if the website is not submitted in the search engine you want then it will take more time around 2 months. Also if the client wants to hire me as on monthly basis where I will be working for long time then monthly fees would be 45$ . In this case the client don’t need to pay me the maintenance fee. This will assure you that the website after reaching first position will be taken care from my side that it do not lose its ranking.

If the website maintenance is to be taken, then Rs. 6000 for a quarter needs to be paid.

Other additional paid feature:

A additional paid feature included by me is an email marketing which will assure you an approx of 1000 emails sent around the world. The email will be for promotion of your product and for promotion of your website. The email will be an rich text email which will attract the email reader to visit your website.

The other additional charges for email marketing will be Rs.500 for a month.
